Excellent. Well deserved of the Michelin star. The food was impressive. As highlights I would say I probably had the best salad I ever had in my life. The rolled chicken in the beginning was so juicy and tasty, done perfectly. The sommelier and the wines were a perfect match. We had the wine pairing and it was exquisite and out-of-the box thinking kinds of wines. I had my first Croatian and Georgian wine and they were lovely. Will return next time over in London. Keep up the good work.

The place is incredible: elegant, calm, the open fire gives a warm, cozy atmosphere and the food, the food is something magical, out of this realm! Balanced unique combination of tastes, a lunch menu was a great option to try: fantastic starters, unbelievably good mains. And the desserts! Also loved the coffee. I cannot describe how much we loved the experience and totally recommend!

Came here for a birthday meal, the service was very welcoming and accommodating all the way through. Good recommendation on drinks. We had seats which provided a great view of the kitchen and open fire. The food was very interesting and delicious.

Not sure if this is just my personal perception but I feel this place has gone massively under the radar. Maybe that’s a good thing? A type of „if you know you know“ situation. I digress - this is a 10/10. Very unique setting, extremely talented chefs in the kitchen. Service was fantastic, as was the sommelier. Great menu structure, it feels like a coherent story. Starters, mains and desserts all amazing in their own right. Will have to return some time in the future

I could not fault Humo. What a tasty and special menu. The flavours (Japanese influence) were delicate and subtle yet absolutely divine. The presentation of the dishes was creative and just added to the flavour and experience. An absolute must try!

Absolutely delicious meal. Wonderful interiors and stunning open fire grill in the centre of the restaurant. Everyone was so polite and efficient. We didn't know what to expect but he food was incredible. They suggested we order a dish from each section and the dishes did not disappoint. Complex, deep flavours perfectly balanced. Came here for a solo dinner on a Saturday night. Great vibe from the start, super friendly, helpful and warm staff that make you feel like eating at a friend’s place and not a fancy uptight restaurant. beautiful design, and great music, HIGHLY ENCOURAGE to book a seat at the counter! Food was absolutely amazing, Scallops are a must. but be ware that portions are small, even in Michelin restaurants standards. they recommend to take 4 courses, but I would recommend to take more, as the portions are very small. In hindsight I would’ve gone for the tasting menu, as it had about 7 courses. Overall a great restaurant and I highly recommend it.
